The Italian consulates we contacted recommend selecting “Tourism” as the purpose of travel in your visa application.
If you require a visa, please book your appointment as early as possible with your reference Italian consulate, and follow these guidelines:
- Organizing Committee members and Workshop Organizers: You may request a visa invitation letter immediately.
- Early VISA Invitation Letter for authors only (before registration): You may request a visa letter once your paper has been accepted. You will receive further instructions via EDAS.
- Any attendee (after registration): Visa letters can be issued only after completing your registration. You must include your registration ID in the form.
