Conference registrations include attendance to all PerCom events including the main conference, all associated workshops, and other events. There is no workshop-only registration. All conference attendees have to register. <strong>The direct link to IEEE PerCom 2025 registration site is<\/strong> <mark><a href=\"https:\/\/cvent.me\/4lVdXq\"><strong>https:\/\/cvent.me\/4lVdXq<\/strong><\/a><\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Discounted Registration Fee<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">Discounted registration fee is available for members of the IEEE. Discounts are also available for students except for those students who are registering for a paper to be presented (and they are the only authors registering for the paper) &#8211; please see author registration below. Students who only have a &#8220;Ph.D. Forum&#8221; paper may register at the student rate (the Ph.D. Forum is a special event at PerCom).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Author Registration<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"\">Camera ready papers cannot be submitted until the authors have registered and paid the conference.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Each accepted paper at the main conference or any satellite event (i.e., any of the workshops, demonstrations, Work in Progress, except only for the Ph.D. Forum) has to have an &#8220;author registration&#8221; associated with it. We refer to this as &#8220;registering for the paper&#8221;.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">For authors who have several accepted papers, one full registration can cover two accepted papers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">If a student has only a &#8220;Ph.D. Forum&#8221; paper to register for (and no other paper at any of the other events for which there are no other authors registering), then the student can register as a student.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Please note, that all authors (other than students who only have a &#8220;Ph.D. Forum&#8221; paper) are required to register at a full (IEEE member or non-member) rate.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Please note, that not all authors of a paper need to be registered as authors, but at least one of the authors has to be, i.e., each accepted paper must have one of the authors registered at the full rate.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Refund Policies<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"\"><strong>Standard Refunds:<\/strong>\u00a0Any cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:ieeecs-reg%2BPerCom@computer.org\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">ieeecs-reg+PerCom@computer.org<\/a>\u00a0\u00a0by\u00a0<strong>March 7th, 2025<\/strong>. An administrative fee of $100 will be withheld from the registration fee. <strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-red-color\">Refund requests received after March 7 will not be honored.<\/mark><\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\"><strong>Visa-Related Refunds:<\/strong>\u00a0If a visa application is denied (or if the decision is not expected to arrive prior to March 7th), a full refund (minus a $100 administrative fee) may be issued. The request must be submitted by March 7th, 2025, with supporting documentation (e.g., an official visa rejection letter).\u00a0<mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-red-color\"><strong>Visa-related refunds will not be issued after March 7th, 2025<\/strong>.<\/mark><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\"><strong>Refund for Registered Papers:<\/strong>\u00a0If the registrant has an accepted paper, at least one non-student registration must be maintained for the paper to remain in the program.
