| Paper Submission Guidelines
Authors should prepare a PDF file following the IEEE single-space, two-column format using at least 10 point size type. The maximum page limit is 9 pages -- papers longer than 9 pages will be administratively disqualified and will NOT be reviewed. The paper must be correctly formatted to fit on U.S. letter-size page (8.5" by 11") according to the IEEE publication guidelines. Formatting templates for Word or Latex documents are available at the IEEE publications site: http://www.ieee.org/web/publications/pubservices/confpub/AuthorTools/conferenceTemplates.html For the Word documents select the "US letter" page format. For LaTeX, use the "bare_conf.tex" starter file (be sure to use the template's conference mode.) Paper submission will be managed through EDAS. Papers can be submitted at: http://www.edas.info/newPaper.php?c=6590& All papers must first be registered on EDAS using the same link as above (please see check the PerCom CFP for due dates). Paper Abstracts (required for registration as well) must be 50-175 words long (these are hard limits) and papers must be in PDF format to be submitted. NOTE: You may encounter EDAS warnings about the margins when uploading your paper to EDAS. EDAS actually uploads the paper correctly and the warning is simply the result of minuscule mismatch between the IEEE template guidelines and the EDAS present values. If you receive any such complaint, just double check EDAS to see that the paper is indeed uploaded and if it is do not worry.
